Full Body Toning - Upper Body Strength - Lower Body Strength

An affordable personal training approach to exercise!

Everyone has to start somewhere. Why not start with proper guidance and some great coaches?

We offer three different classes:

Full Body Toning class is our most comforting class - we offer modifications with all our of exercise selections and avoid any complicated movements with the barbell.

Both Upper & Lower Body Strength Class are strength training classes which the barbell is used in one or more lifts, modifications are available.

 

Full- Body Class:

An ideal class for: beginners, weight loss, muscle toning, core strength & knowledge on lifts - form, tips, etc.

  • A perfect combination of resistance training & body weight movements. Modifications are available for all exercises given
  • Resistance training is incorporated to ensure firm and tone muscle building, while body-weight movements are a perfect push perfect for burning calories and helping with fat-loss in those troubled areas. Again modification area available if needed
  • Structured and planned exercise programming - not just throwing random things at you. Each class is designed to give you the perfect challenge and blend of resistance training, core strengthening and cardio movements.

 

Upper Body Strength Class:

An ideal class for: weight loss, muscle building, introducing yourself to strength training, improving strength, breaking plateaus, learning knowledge on lifts - form, tips, techniques, etc.

Broken down into 4 seasons, with 3-months duration. Throughout each season we focus on different exercises and programming - many exercises will be performed each and every season, however will be testing only one main exercise per season:

 

Season #1: Jan 1st - Mar 31st

Barbell Bench Press

Season #2: Apr 1st - Jun 30th

Barbell Bent Over Row 

Season #3: July 1st - Sept 30th

Standing Over Head Barbell Press

Season #4: Oct 1st - Dec 31st  

Body-weight Pull-ups 

 

  • This class focuses on targeting the muscle groups of the upper body - while implementing a structured exercise program to ensure progress
  • Form, technique and cues taught before the exercise sessions and reinforced during 
  • Coaches walk around with a hands-on approach to teach you and reinforce proper form - because why not do it right if you're going to do it at all!
  • Work with others looking to crush a similar goal as you! 

 

 

Lower Body Strength Class:

An ideal class for: weight loss, muscle building, introducing yourself to strength training, improving strength, breaking plateaus, learning knowledge on lifts - form, tips, techniques, etc.

Broken down into 4 seasons, with 3-months duration. Throughout each season we focus on different exercises and programming - many exercises will be performed each and every season, however will be testing only one main exercise per season:

 

Season #1: Jan 1st - Mar 31st

Barbell Hip Thrusts

Season #2: Apr 1st - Jun 30th

Barbell Back Squat 

Season #3: July 1st - Sept 30th

Barbell Deadlift 

Season #4: Oct 1st - Dec 31st  

Barbell Front Squat

We make sure exercise order & exercise selections are perfect for a challenging, science-based efficient workout!

Why Our Group Fitness?!? -- Read Below

  • Structured Class Programming -- Annually broken down into 4 seasons, with 3-months duration. Throughout each season we focus on different exercises and programming - many exercises will be performed each and every season, however will be testing only one main exercise per season.
  • Nutritional & Supplemental Guidance Packet - Updated monthly to ensure we have the latest information, from food to exercise, we keep our clients up to date. The current packet is 13 pages long including: 30+ healthy recipe options, information on weight loss, calorie deficit, supplementation recommendations for weight loss, general health & much more! Available to 1-on-1 & contracted clients only.
  • Personal Progress Tracking -- Whether your goals is weight loss, maintenance or to improve strength we will be testing you accordingly. We will take our initial test the second or third week of the season and will re-test again towards the end. Weight loss clients will be assessed on body weight & body fat percentage, they will also follow different recommendations throughout the season to achieve their goal. Strength training clients will be assessed on 1-RM of the main exercises we are focusing on during that season. 
  • Exercise Form & Guidance -- once you are in the gym you want to ensure you are doing everything correct to get the most out of your time and effort. Our coaches will walk around correcting, explaining & helping you improve your form and understand the muscles being used. 
  • Educated Coaches -- all coaches have Bachelor's degrees in Exercise Science or exercise science related fields. Our coaches practice what they preach - they exercise, eat clean & live the lifestyle!
  • Small Class Sizes -- all classes MAX of 6 people 
  • Learn Exercises & Routines -- learn many of our different exercise variations and take some with you to incorporate in your next workout or routine
  • Stay Motivated -- we all know that we can push a little harder with some motivation and camaraderie! Coaches will help you find weights and reps that suit YOUR needs. Yes this is group fitness but it is about YOUR results, so we make sure to cater to you!
