HOW IT WORKS:

  • Meet and Greet Consultation: Before diving into your training experience with Prevention & Performance, we believe in laying the foundation for your success through a personalized Meet and Greet. This in-person conversation is a comprehensive exploration of your current and past exercise and nutritional history. From discussing any injuries, you may be managing to understanding the fitness goals you aspire to achieve; this initial session is pivotal.

    Our Meet and Greet serves as a collaborative space, allowing us to tailor our services and packages to align seamlessly with your unique personal and fitness needs. To gain a deeper insight into what the Meet & Greet entails, we encourage you to watch the informative video linked below.

  • Pre & Post Exercise Table Work: Whether you’re someone recovering from an injury or an athlete looking to improve your mobility, table work is for everyone! Exclusively available for our 1-on-1 training clients, table work is particularly recommended for those with limited joint ranges of motion identified during our Meet and Greet and client re-assessments. This specialized pre-exercise soft tissue mobilization is proven to boost joint mobility, enhance muscle blood flow, alleviate tension, reduce stiffness, and heighten body awareness, among other benefits.

  • Client Re-Assessments: At Prevention & Performance, we prioritize tracking progress to guarantee meaningful results. Every three months, our 1-on-1 training clients undergo a comprehensive re-assessment, including measurements of body weight, body fat percentage, circumferences, range of motion, and progress photos. Your initial evaluation, coupled with personalized check-ins aligned with your goals, ensures a dynamic monitoring process. This commitment to regular assessments every three months ensures we stay on course to achieve and celebrate your progress!

  • Personalized Training Programs: Using the information from our Meet and Greet (initial assessment), we will develop a personalized 12-week exercise program exclusively for you! Throughout this period, we guide you through diverse and progressively challenging exercise variations, incorporating different techniques, tempos, movements, and resistances. Prioritizing form and comprehension, we ensure clients understand more complex exercises before advancing them. Complementing your workout plan, we offer nutritional accountability and advice, providing insights into meal structure and healthy eating (distinct from nutrition consulting).
