  • Circuit Training Class -A mix of functional, strength, and full body workouts - high intensity with a twist to get your heart rate going and sweat dripping! (Beginner - Intermediate Class available!)

  • Full Body Class - Work & tone your entire body! This class tackles every body part and is meant to help you feel stronger.

  • Friday Night Lights Class - This class incorporates a warm-up in the beginning, followed by 3 different 15-minute "blocks". What better way to spend Friday night than at the BARbell!!

  • Butt & Gut Class - a high-energy, lower-body & core focused workout designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your legs & core like never before!

  • HIIT Express Class - This 45-minute session will focus on working your entire body! Arms, back, shoulder, legs & especially your core. Build muscle & shred fat!
