Prevention + Performance goal is to help people rehabbing from injuries better understand their chronic aches and issues and provide you with proper techniques, resources, and exercises needed to alleviate and eliminate, recurring body pain.

How It Works:
Initial Assessment and Evaluation: First, you will meet with a coach to discuss the issues you are currently experiencing. During this meeting, we will perform a simple movement screening, where our experts will target various ranges of motions to identify specific pain area
Use of Body Alignment & Tissue Tools: Using RockBlade IASTM, cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Theragun, Manual Stretching Techniques, Deep and Soft Tissue Techniques, we will further address the pain area.
Exercise and Stretching: With the problem now identified, your coach will teach you movement patterns that help re-strengthen and re-train your muscles. We will teach you expert strategies, stretches, and techniques that help elongate muscles to relieve muscle tension. All sessions are concluded with a table stretching session provided by the Coach.
