ELITE PERSONAL TRAINING

Whatever your fitness level may be, our Elite Personal Training provides you with the opportunity to work in a private gym where you will receive guidance, accountability, and motivation to reach your fitness goals.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING:

30-minute or 60-minute 1-on-1 training sessions

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:

Elite Training in groups of two or more

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Both 1-on-1 training and group training sessions have personalized programming and exercises based of the client(s) goals

  • Coach to client(s) interview - discuss your current/past lifting experience(s), your current goal(s), any past or current injuries you are dealing with and any other things to help us design a program to meet your goals

  • Personalized programming & meal plans - each client, whether 1-on-1 or in a group will receive their own personalized exercise program. We recommend that group sessions try and have a similar goal but it is not required that the goal or exercises have to be the same within the group. Along with programs, all clients will receive a generalized meal plan to help them understand meal structure and have an example of a healthy day of eating

Initial assessment & re-evaluations - to hold us accountable and measure our progress we will take initial measurements of your bodyweight, body fat percentage & circumference measurements (optional). Every first week of the month is “Re-evaluation week” where we will retake measurements, track our progress and make adjustments as needed

Pre & post exercise table work - strictly 1-on-1 clients only. Have a trouble issue when exercises like knee or shoulder pain? Our table sessions are used pre workout to warm your trouble area up, using techniques to bring blood flow to those areas and prime the muscle for exercise. The post workout stretch is done to elongate those tight muscle fibers of your troubled area and in turn increase your flexibility and pain you are having in those areas
